The LGBT National Help Center is growing! We are a 28 year old non-profit that operates 10 programs serving the LGBTQ+ community. Most notably, our programs include the LGBT National Hotline, the LGBT National Coming Out Support Hotline and others. We provide peer-support to those people struggling with issues related to sexual orientation and/or gender identity/expression.

THE JOB: This position is a remote, part-time, 25 hour per-week opportunity, paying $50 per hour. Responsibilities include grant-writing, establishing a corporate giving program, large-donor acquisitions, and knowledge of direct mail and digital campaigns.
YOU: Extensive knowledge and demonstrated commitment to the LGBTQ+ community. Prior experience working in development in grant-writing, corporate-giving and donor relations. It is highly desirable that you have this experience from working for other LGBTQ+ organizations, ideally (but not required) with the Trevor Project. This position will report to the President of the organization, as well as work closely with the Executive Director.
