The Donor/Sponsor and the LGBT National Help Center agree as follows:

Donor Commitment: The Donor hereby pledges to the LGBT National Help Center a charitable donation to support their mission of offering free and confidential support to the LGBTQIA+ community.
The LGBT National Help Center agrees to allow limited use of logo to allow Donor to highlight their donation activity during the duration of the promotion.

It is understood and agreed that the gift/donation will be paid in full on or before the date listed below.
