For nearly 30 years we have offered direct support to the LGBTQ+ community through one-on-one support, often at the scariest moments of a person's life. Through coming out, through fear, in isolation. We are here. We do it because of the support like yours. So you are directly helping hundreds of people who need that vital care.

Everyone deserves to be supported and what that looks like can be different for everyone. Studies show that if even one supportive person stands up and can show an LGBTQ+ person the respect they deserve it can go a long way in crisis prevention. Being an ally means showing up, sometimes when it's uncomfortable. But it can help both yourself and tose you love to find joy and positive mental health.
These are just some ideas, what does being an ally and working to help in crisis prevention mean to you?
Sign our Supportive Ally pledge, your ideas for crisis prevention might join our ever growing list of support and print your pledge out as a reminder to you that you're dedicated in supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
