Quick Film Review: Kapaemahu

"Kapaemahu" is a 2020 animated short film directed and produced by Hinaleimoana Wong-Kalu, Dean Hamer, and Joe Wilson.

The film explores the legends surrounding four mysterious stones on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii, which are believed to have the healing powers from four healers from ancient times. The healers embodied both masculine and feminine energies and were beloved by those who seeked their abilities. Over time, the stories of the healers' identities and the sacred stones were forgotten, until now. The full amazing film and more information can be found at https://kapaemahu.com/
